Core Neo 150 Mini is a compact 14.8V, 147Wh lithium-ion V-mount battery. It supports a constant 12A draw with a peak draw of 16A. With this high output, the battery is designed for cine and broadcast applications, as well as mobile and field applications.
To provide the cells protection against impacts, the celss are incased in an overmolded, non-slip rubberized housing, something CoreSWX has been offering for nearly a decade.
All these advancements in the mobile powering space have allowed Core to offer a rating of up to 2000 charge cycles on these packs, currently the best in the industry.
To protect against self-discharge CoreSWX incorporated ”Storage mode” into the Neo battery pack. Neo batteries are shipped from the Core warehouse in storage mode which reduced the chance of the battery pack being delivered in a fully depleted state of charge. When the battery pack is received by the client, they can either fully charge the battery to awaken the pack, or they can simply hold down the LCD backlight button for about 20 seconds. The pack can also be placed back into storage mode at any time by the user, by holding down the LCD backlight button for about 20 seconds until the screen shuts off.

A multipurpose backlit LCD provides nominal runtime based on a 25W load, remaining runtime once connected to a device, and remaining charge time when on a charger.
The Neo 150 Mini can communicate to cameras as well as chargers with both one- and two-wire protocols.
The packs go to sleep/hibernate when there is no battery usage or movement after a 48-hour period. Once the battery is picked back up, it awakens.
Integrated "smart" D-Tap connector allows users to power any 12 VDC device while also receiving all battery data from the port.
5V USB port allows powering any USB accessory on the set as well as charge mobile devices.
The Neo 150 Mini is firmware-upgradeable via its USB port.
Overmolded, nonslip rubberized housing helps provide cell protection against accidental impacts.
Neo 150 Mini incorporates Storage Mode to protect self-discharge and help comply with travel regulations.
