This Battery Plate easily mounts and locks into the battery compartment of the Pyxis in order to provide power through a dummy battery style connection.This allows users to power their camera and accessories via higher capacity V-Mount batteries, which can greatly expand the cameras runtime compared to internal batteries.

The Battery Plate features 2x 14.8V P-Tap ports, 1x 14.8V 2 Pin Lemo Port, 1x USB-C Port and one DC Power Input Port.

This DC input port is perfect for hot swapping batteries or for lightweight builds as it allows users to power the battery plate via an external power source. (power cable not included)

If using the Top Plate or one of the Tilta cages for Blackmagic Design PYXIS (not included) this Battery Plate can be further secured via a thumbscrew.
